Aeries Student Information System is the most popular SIS in California, with nearly half of all Local Education Agencies (LEAs) using Aeries to manage their student data. Since 1995, Aeries Software has implemented Aeries SIS in over 600 LEAs, encompassing nearly 3 million students.
Company History
Since opening in 1995, Aeries Software has successfully implemented the Aeries® Student Information System in over 600 public school districts and education agencies becoming the state's most popular SIS software. Our unmatched experience in the development, implementation, and support of K-12 SIS applications enables us to provide superior and cost-effective products and services.
The late founder, industry pioneer, and president of Aeries Software—Jerry D. Lloyd Sr.—was the creator of numerous student information systems dating back to the 1960's, including the first nationally successful SIS. Mr. Lloyd passed away in June of 2011, but his company continues to be family-owned and -operated and his vision lives on in Aeries, which draws on his more than 40 years of SIS design experience to ensure that Aeries continues to soar above the rest.
