California Virtual Academies (CAVA) seeks to fill two key leadership roles within the Division of Human Resources – Executive Director of Human Resources and Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition.

CAVA is a tuition-free, full-time online public school system serving students in Transitional Kindergarten through 12th grade across California. Since 2002, CAVA has been committed to fostering academic growth and social-emotional development by combining rigorous, standards-based curriculum with innovative, technology-driven instruction tailored to the unique needs and learning styles of each student. The school emphasizes meaningful partnerships between families and educators, providing interactive daily lessons, live teacher support, and a rich range of learning pathways designed to prepare students for success in college, careers, and life. Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition

These are full-time, virtual positions that offer flexibility in residence with California HR experience strongly preferred. Working hours align with the Pacific Time Zone. The salary ranges are as follow: Executive Director - $150,000-$175,000 and Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition -$100,000-$125,000, both include a generous benefits package.

CAVA has retained DSG Storbeck to assist in the search for the Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition. Evaluation of candidate materials will begin immediately and continue until the roles are filled.
