Seeds of Health, Inc. a robust charter school system in Milwaukee, is seeking a dynamic educational leader to serve as the Principal of our flagship campus, Tenor High School - Journal Square Campus, beginning July 1, 2026. The ideal candidate will have the vision, disposition and entrepreneurial skills to advance the mission of preparing students for post-secondary education and career success.
The Tenor High School experience is a unique, one-of-a-kind program that grants students the opportunity to receive one free year of college through a partnership with Milwaukee Area Technical College (MATC) in which students complete their senior year at MATC working towards a program certificate, technical diploma, and/or credits for an associate’s or bachelor’s degree. Tenor High School - Journal Square is currently undergoing an exciting expansion project with the final buildout - including a culinary career lab and additional learning spaces - planned for completion in summer of 2027. The Principal of this program provides leadership in initiating, refining, and evaluating the instructional and operational programs of the school while also establishing a strong and welcoming school culture and climate.
Qualifications:
- Master’s Degree in School Leadership
- Significant and successful experience as a teacher and school administrator
- Curriculum and instructional knowledge
- Strong and efficient communication and interpersonal skills
- Must currently possess or be able to obtain a Wisconsin DPI Principal license (#5051)

Seeds of Health, Inc. is a nonprofit social service agency that has operated in Milwaukee since 1983. Seeds of Health is a K-12 district with 1,500 students in five schools: Seeds of Health Elementary School (K4-8), Veritas High School, Tenor High School - Journal Square Campus, Tenor High School - Cathedral Square Campus, and Grandview High School.
